Sweet and savory raspberry compote

We went with raspberry, but you can swap virtually any fruit into this easy-to-make compote.

Sweet & Savory Raspberry Compote
Serving Size
1 cup of Compote

Ingredients

2 cups (~ 2 pints)
2 Tbs. (~1 large orange)
4 Tbs.
Directions
  1. Add raspberries, vinegar & orange juice to food processor; blend until liquid forms
  2. Pour liquid into sieve, directly over sauté pan; press down with spoon until only seeds are left in sieve
  3. Add honey & chopped Rosemary to pan, simmer of medium-low for ~3-5 minutes, stirring throughout
  4. Add basil leaves, reduce heat to low & stir for 1-2 min.
  5. Remove & discard basil leaves serve and enjoy!
