- Melt the semisweet chocolate chips by placing in a microwaveable bowl and microwaving on low for 30-second intervals, stirring after each zap, until mostly melted. Add the milk before the last interval and whisk together. Let cool slightly.
- Whisk together chocolate mixture with Greek yogurt. Pour the mixture into 8 small paper cups or popsicle molds. Freeze for about an hour and then add a popsicle stick, spoon, or skip that step. Continue freezing overnight.
- Handy Hint: No popsicle molds? No problem. We used paper cups. If you skip the stick, you can simply peel away the paper to enjoy your treat.
