Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line two muffin pans with liners.
- Whisk together dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Blend until pureed: bananas, spinach, mango, and milk. Add oil and vanilla and blend until well mixed.
- Fold together wet and dry ingredients just until combined.
- Fill muffin cups about 3/4 full and bake 20-25 minutes.
